The Greater Good Campaign hosts a conversation with six public university and college presidents and key business leaders Wednesday at Town Hall on what it means for Washington citizens to have a high-quality, well-funded higher-education system and the risks of continued cuts.

The Greater Good Campaign hosts a conversation with six public university and college presidents and key business leaders Wednesday at Town Hall on what it means for Washington citizens to have a high-quality, well-funded higher-education system and the risks of continued cuts.
"Six Presidents: An Unprecedented Conversation on Higher Education Funding in Washington" will be moderated by Seattle Times editorial-page editor Kate Riley and Times business columnist Jon Talton.
The event will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at 1119 Eighth Ave. Tickets are $5 and available at Brown Paper Tickets (www.brownpapertickets.com/event/222287) or 800-838-3006 and at the door beginning at 6 p.m.
The full ticket price will be donated to the College Success Foundation for scholarships.
