The Sounders resume practice today at Starfire after a couple of days off, but the local training stay won't last long. The team take camp to Bradenton, Fla., for 10 days starting Saturday.

According to this report from Honduras, it sounds like trialist defender Ever Alvarado has returned to his club team, Real Espana. I believe it was reported that he had a 10-day trial with Seattle, which would explain it. I haven't seen mention of Harlinton Gutierres, who traveled with Alvarado, but I'd assume he's returned to Honduras, as well (UPDATE 5:13 p.m.: Gutierres is still in camp, here's are Friday's notes from training).
